We are happy to assist in arranging an Queenstown airport transfer service for our customers upon request.

To organise a transfer, you can:

  • Email us directly with your flight details and transfer request, and we’ll arrange it for you. 

  • Or, complete the Airport Transfer section in our online booking form, and we will coordinate the service on your behalf.

Pick-up Service: The driver will meet you, assist with loading your luggage, and drive you comfortably to Wanaka, where you’ll complete the paperwork.

• Day (7am - 5pm): $150

• Night (5pm - 7am): $180

Drop-off Service: When your trip is over, simply return the vehicle to our Wanaka Rentacar depot, and the driver will take you back to the airport.

• Day (7am - 5pm): $130 + fuel

• Night (5pm - 7am): $160 + fuel

Book your rental car with WanakaRentacar, and we’ll arrange your rental vehicle to be dropped off at wanaka airport awaiting your arrival or simply drop the rental car off at Wanaka Airport on your departure
